This past Saturday was one of the best weekends I have ever had. It was my first baby shower and I treasured every. single. moment. It actually started sinking in that I am going to be a mommy and my life is going to change in a very big way.
My parents lovingly hung the useful decorations-baby onesies!
Waaaay back in August when I found out I was pregnant, just like any SLP does, I started thinking about work. How many months would I miss? How many IEPs would be sub need to write? Would my kiddos even remember me when I came back? In order that my students receive the best service possible, I knew I needed a system of keeping organized for my long-term substitute.
So what did I do?
You know me so well! I created a packet to share with you: Maternity/Long-Term Substitute Packet for Speech and Language!
Maternity or not, this packet is perfect anyone going on a long-term leave.
*Student At-A-Glance
* IEP Due Dates (students receiving primary speech/language services)
* IEP Due Dates (students receiving related speech/language services)
*Evaluation Due Dates
*Pick-Up Locations for Students

I wish I could make this packet editable to make your life even easier. However, because of clip art and font restrictions, I cannot.
Come as you are. Leave encouraged.
I'd love for you to join my newsletter family so that I can start sending weekly encouragement as well as access to an entire library of free resources like this Student Self-Progress Report Sheet!
