This is our last post for the Quick & Easy Back to School Tips Series! Where did August go? I hope you learned some valuable tips from these great SLPs. If you missed any, just hit the “home” button at the top and scroll through them. Today, Teach Speech 365 is sharing a tip that helps her out at the beginning of the year.
I’m honored to be guest posting for Nicole today to share one of my back to school tips. This is something I began doing last year to organize myself and plan for the whole month. It worked really well for me, so I will be continuing to do it this year.
I use a milk crate with hanging folders. I label 4 with Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4. I wrote a post about it last year. This way, I can slide in books or other materials that I want to use throughout the month and easily grab them at the beginning of the week. In the front of the crate, I had a little container that I put commonly used cards, so those were easy to grab and go.
I hope this tip helps you get and stay organized for the whole year! Visit my blog, Pinterest, Facebook, TpT store, or Instagram to stay up to date on what I share with my readers!
Come as you are. Leave encouraged.
I'd love for you to join my newsletter family so that I can start sending weekly encouragement as well as access to an entire library of free resources like this Student Self-Progress Report Sheet!
