Finally, a speech and language summer packet for middle school and high school students! For years I’ve wanted to be able to send home something for my older students but was always stopped because 1. there was nothing available and 2. figured they wouldn’t look at it anyways.
This year though, I decided to finally do it. I thought about how silly it was that I wouldn’t give them option of practicing their skills over the summer simply because they might choose not to complete it. And I’m not ashamed to say I typically do offer some sort of incentive such as a small prize or candy if they do bring it back in the fall completed.
I specifically made this packet to look more mature–you won’t find any juvenile clip art in this one!
I also created an answer key to go along with the middle and high school language packets, realizing they will probably look at the answers. This is okay! I actually hope they DO look at the answers so that they learn some new words over the summer. I typically print these two-sided so that the answers are on the back.
Included in this packet:
*8 week Middle School Language packet with answer key
*8 week High School Language packet with answer key
*8 week Articulation packet
*8 week Social Skills packet
