Spring Differentiated Figurative Language ***Freebie!***

In between feedings (every 2 hours right now), I was able to create this freebie for you while Aislyn slept. I have had so many compliments both on her and the website so this one’s a little thank you from me to you!       Grab up this spring-themed freebie targeting figurative language statements! Ever wonder how to differentiate your activities? This freebie makes it easy with three different levels!   Statements target the following: idiom, simile, metaphor, hyperbole, alliteration, personification and onomatopoeia   For lower or younger students, use the matching activity.   For more of a challenge, have students fill-in these statements and see what they can come up with.     And…for your older or higher performing students, have them create their own statements!     If you haven’t already, make sure to subscribe to Speech Peeps on the left to continue to receive updates and freebies!
