One of my students LOVES angry birds. Yes L.O.V.E.S. She will do anything I ask if it involves angry birds. So… I created this fun craft using an oatmeal container. I made it with angry birds in mind, but you could totally make whatever character your students are into!
Grab one of those big oat cylinders.
Cover it with paper.
Now for the fun part. Print off your (or your student’s) favorite character and glue it to the lid.
I made legs from the leftover green paper by rolling it up and glueing it on.
After you cut a slit in the top, students have a blast dropping objects into it (in this case, angry birds).
Fun! Tell me, what could you use an oatmeal container for?
Come as you are. Leave encouraged.
I'd love for you to join my newsletter family so that I can start sending weekly encouragement as well as access to an entire library of free resources like this Student Self-Progress Report Sheet!
