Hi There!
If you’ve been MIA for a while (AKA…at the beach), I’m
1. jealous of you 😉
and 2. going to give you a quick update as to what I’ve been up to.
1. Throughout the month of August, some of your favorite bloggers will be sharing quick and easy Back-to-School tips right here on my blog (eek!) If you’ve missed a few (we’re about half-way through), just click on the home page and scroll though!
2. I wrote for the ASHA Leader this week! Here are 3 easy ways you can incorporate literacy into the therapy you’re already doing.
3. I’ll be doing an informative periscope session on scheduling tips this Sunday at 9:00 pm ET. If you haven’t joined periscope yet, this would be the time to do so! Scheduling can make or break a year so I’ll be sharing some helpful tips that have worked like a charm for me in the past!
Come as you are. Leave encouraged.
I'd love for you to join my newsletter family so that I can start sending weekly encouragement as well as access to an entire library of free resources like this Student Self-Progress Report Sheet!

August 14, 2015 at 5:49 pmYou are my favorite blogger. Your materials are visually appealing but NOT fluff. Every product of yours is full of substansive, relevant and meaningful information. Imagine my excitment to see you were doing a session on scheduling! I tried downloading Periscope but read the reviews first. They said there is no search option, so I am wondering how to find you on Sunday night. Thanks:)

August 15, 2015 at 1:21 pmOh thank you so much for your kind words! They came at the PERFECT moment yesterday when I needed some encouragement :). Periscope is an app you download on your phone. If you press the people button at the bottom, it will load a page that has the search button (a magnifying glass in the top left corner). You can search NicoleRAllison and I’ll pop up. I hope to see you on!

August 17, 2015 at 3:57 amGreat session on scheduling, Nicole. Thanks for directions on how to watch as well. You had some ideas that were counterintuitive (scheduling IEP students 4th on the list of priorities) to my way of scheduling but I’m going to try to incorporate them this year and take your advice, staying open minded to new ideas!
