Once in a while I stumble across materials that quickly become my “go-to” items. They make their way to the most accessible place on my therapy shelf and are reached for often. They become used, worn, and sometimes wrinkled because they are loved on. SpeechPage.com is a prime example.
You might remember me talking about them awhile ago in this post on Following Directions. I now have even more sets to add to my collection and they’ve been getting a lot of use in room 134.
I love that these materials are EASY. Very easy. They come completely laminated, 3-hole punched and ready to use or be thrown into a binder for easy access. Absolutely no cutting or laminating. YES for saving our precious time 🙂
SpeechPage.com has a variety of materials to choose from and my kids have loved every one of them. In the one above, my students are searching for /r/ words to practice articulation.
Here’s one in which they search for /s/ words.
These cards work on figurative language. The kids peel off the card with the idiom to uncover the interpretation below.
And here are some that work on WH questions. The kids love peeling off the Velcro to reveal the answer!

I'd love for you to join my newsletter family so that I can start sending weekly encouragement as well as access to an entire library of free resources like this Student Self-Progress Report Sheet!
